Hi my lovely Kiki customers! Thank you so much for your order, we cannot wait to ship to you! Unlike our other drops which are usually made to order, our basics are currently in production and will be ready to ship as soon as they are finished. Our Basics collection is a collection that will remain on our website and will be ready to ship in 3 business days once they are received. We are so excited to have our first ready to ship collection! Each piece was made with so much love and intention. We cannot wait until they're in your hands!
UPDATE: BODYSUITS AND ROMPERS ARE CURRENTLY SHIPPING. TEES, JUMPSUITS, TRACKSUITS, AND TANK DRESSES WILL BEGIN SHIPPING BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH!
SHIPPING:
Processing time can take up to 3-7 business days.
Shipping will take an additional 7-10 business days.
MADE TO ORDER PIECES CAN TAKE UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAKE.
We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $150.
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Kiki The Brand is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.
We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties. MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS/UPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. Kiki The Brand not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders.
Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
