OUR PIECES ARE MADE TO ORDER, THEY TAKE UP 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE MADE (not including shipping time)

MAILING SHIPPING TIME VARIES AFTER THE 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
USUALLY TAKES UP TO 2-5 DAYS TO SHIP TO YOU (DOMESTICALLY)

Currently, all domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). For updates, please refer to your tracking number. If you encounter any delivery issues, please reach out to USPS directly with your tracking information. Please note these days do not include mailing carrier shipping time.

We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $150.

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Kiki The Brand is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. 

We are not responsible for orders shipped with the incorrect address provided by customers.Please email as soon as possible to get your address corrected, if your package is already shipped, you will have to wait until the order returns back to us so we can ship it back with your correct address.

International:

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $150. 

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties. If the customer is interested in repurchasing a shipping label for reshipment, please email Support@kikithebrand.com.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped primarily through USPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. Kiki The Brand not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the carrier.
