Refund/Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. 
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, bags, hygiene liners, and packaging
Items returned with signs of wear, including deodorant marks, makeup, hair, stains, odors, or missing original components, may be rejected and returned to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds. Returns for store credit are free and are not subject to a restocking fee.
Once your return is approved, the package must be dropped off with the shipping carrier within 5 business days of receiving your return authorization.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If Kiki the Brand determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

At this time, all international sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange
