ALL CHECKED MATE VEST SETS ARE ALL MADE AND READY TO SHIP! ALL ORDERS WILL BEGIN SHIPPING AUGUST 30TH.

ALL PINNED UP DRESSES WILL SHIP IN 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE ARE HANDMADE AND CANNOT SHIP BEFORE THE SET DATE UNLESS PRODUCTION IS FINISHED. WE NOW HAVE EXPANDED OUR HOME BASE MANUFACTURING TEAM SO OUR PRODUCTION WILL BE A LOT FASTER THAN PREVIOUS RELEASES!

 

SHIPPING:

Processing time can take up to 1-3 business days.

Shipping will take an additional 7-10 business days.

MADE TO ORDER PIECES CAN TAKE UP TO 21 BUSINESS DAYS  TO MAKE.

We ship Internationally to select countries and provide complimentary standard shipping for all US orders of $150.

 A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. Kiki The Brand is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints. 

We are not responsible for orders shipped with the incorrect address entered by customers

International:

All customs and duty fees are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions regarding the duty fee for your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, unclaimed or refused packages and/or failure to pay duty fees upon delivery.

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred upon delivery and will not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties. If the customer is interested in repurchasing a shipping label for reshipment, please email Support@kikithebrand.com.

MISSING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, all orders are being shipped through USPS/UPS. Please follow your tracking number for order updates. Kiki The Brand not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen orders. 

Shipments that have arrived at a processing facility (UPS) and/or shipments that have been marked delivered and are missing, lost, or stolen are the sole responsibility of the carrier. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES/REFUNDS FOR ORDERING THE WRONG SIZE.

All handmade pieces are made to order, no refunds. 

We do allow exchanges/store credit depending on the product! Please email support@kikithebrand.com for more information. Exchanges must be returned within 7 days starting the day the item is received.
